Hi Adam, Thanks for sharing the insights frequently. I am curious to know top 3-5 reasons local merchants had stated on why they have not opted for pre-payments options yet? Some of the below I have stated down from your article:
1. Lack of proper refund process from IPGs
2. High integration cost
3. Customer trust (which obviously merchant has to deal with)
Secondly, I think merchants can incentify the customers by lowering the delivery cost additionaly by 5-6% when customer opts for pre-payment, resulting in market edge by large number of customer visits
